Magtrol’s Permanentmagnet-Hysteresebremsen und –kupplungen eignen sich hervorragend für Einsätze, bei denen die Bremse oder Kupplungsspule nicht mit elektrischem Strom versorgt werden kann. Obwohl sie bestens für Anwendungsfälle geeignet sind, bei denen ein festes Drehmoment einwirken soll, können speziell auf das Anforderungsprofil abgestimmte Verstelleinheiten angefertigt werden. Diese Bauteile werden normalerweise als Bremseinheiten geliefert, können jedoch durch Ergänzung einer Eingangswelle auch als Kupplung verwendet werden. Bei einer Kupplungsanwendung wird das Stator/Gehäuse-Bauteil zum Antriebselement und die Rotor/Wellen-Einheit zum angetriebenen Element der Kupplung, wobei Drehmomente durch ein Magnetfeld im Luftspalt übertragen werden.                     [post_content] => The Model 5200 is a basic unregulated power supply that is designed for use with Magtrol's Hysteresis Brakes and Clutches. The 5200 is available in either 12, 24 or 90 VDC voltages, corresponding to the available hysteresis brake/clutch coil voltage options. Braking control is enabled via a 10-turn potentiometer and adjustment knob located on the front panel.
