Produktbeschreibung
Der Reaktionsdrehmomentsensor der Reihe RT 100 von Magtrol bietet durch seine kompakte, robuste
und wartungsfreie Bauweise viele gewinnende Vorteile für die Drehmomentmessung. Basierend auf
DehnmessstreifenTechnologie liefert der RT-Sensor eine Signalübertragung mit sehr hoher Genauigkeit. Das Drehmomentmessgerät der Reihe RT 100 wurde so konstruiert, dass statische Drehmomentmessung und kleine dynamische Drehbewegungen (mit begrenztem Drehwinkel)
sowohl im Uhrzeigersinn als auch entgegengesetzt mit hoher Präzision durchgeführt werden können.
Der Sensor misst kleine Reaktionsdrehmomente durch den Einsatz von Flansch-Flansch-Verbindungen in Reihe mit der zu testenden Komponente. Sein mechanischer Aufbau
mit einer zentralen Durchgangsbohrung ermöglicht den einfachen Durchgang von Achsen, Kabeln oder Rohren. Zu den Hauptanwendungen des Sensors gehören Zylinder-, Ventil-, Befestigungs-, Pumpen- und Bremstests in der Automobilindustrie.

Die Drehmomentanzeige verfügt über eine Tarierfunktion zur Kompensierung allfälliger Restdrehmomente von Kupplungen oder aufgehängter Lasten. Die Anzeige Typ 3411 kann ebenfalls mit Aufnehmern eingesetzt werden, welche mit 24 V DC (500 mA max.) betrieben werden, eine Drehmoment- Ausgangsspannung von ± 5 V DC (± 10 V DC max.) liefern und einen Drehzahlausgang mit offener Kollektor, TTL oder CMOS besitzen.
